Amino Acids

All people eat protein. Our body was made to digest the different forms of protein. When the protein we consume gets into our digestive systems it breaks down into a simpler form, called Amino Acids. Amino acids are reworked into proteins that are in a form that is usable by our body.

There is a total of 22 necessary amino acids that our body requires. Our body makes 13 of those amino acids. The remaining amino acids must be acquired through food consumption. Amino acids contribute to healthy of bones, blood, muscles, and organs.
